Resin 3D printer: Creality Halot Lite with large print space
The latest model in Creality’s UV resin 3D printer series is the Halot Lite, which has a relatively large print space: printed objects can measure up to 192mm × 120mm × 200mm. Creality is especially proud of the self-developed UV light source, which is supposed to ensure very even illumination of the large 8.9 inch LCD display and 3840 × 2400 dots resolution.
The internal control works with an ARM Cortex-A53 processor and is equipped with a WiFi module and a convenient 5-inch touchscreen. Print speed is 1-4 seconds per shift with 0.01-0.2mm layer thickness. With the Creality Cloud app, the printing process can be fully controlled and monitored. The preparation of the print data is carried out using the cutting software from the manufacturer Halot Box, also intended for beginners.
The printer is still expected to be available in the fourth quarter of this year, but Creality has yet to give a price; However, we can assume that it will be well below that of the equally large Halot Sky (a little less than 1000 euros).
